About Us

Enhanced Care Association Inc. (ECA) is a not for profit organisation providing short term accommodation and community access to persons with multiple and complex health needs.

Established in 1989 by a small group of parents wanting to create a specialised service to support their child’s individual needs, ECA continues to be user-led organisation with parents and caregivers informing the strategic direction of the organisation through the Management Committee.
