Our Team

ECA has a small team of dedicated, experienced and highly skilled support workers who provide individualised care in a ‘home away from home’ environment. Our team is both known by and knows the families and their young people and out of this knowledge seek to provide care that is consistent with what would be provided in the family home.

Linda Cupitt

Manager

Linda has 20 years experience in the management of not-for-profit organisations, across a variety of sectors including allied health, mental health, and industry development.  Linda has lived experience of being a carer and this experience inspired her to co-found a foundation to promote inclusive, sensory sensitive built environments.

Marlaina Embling

Service Coordinator

Marlaina has worked with ECA for over 8 years, first as a support worker and then as Team Leader.  Her understanding and knowledge of our ECA clients and their families inform her leadership and ensuring ECA provides best practice care.  In her capacity as Service Coordinator, Marlaina is responsible for client and family onboarding  and communication, as well as overseeing management of staff and practices.

Nilesh Patel

Team Leader

Nilesh has worked with ECA for over 10 years and has a strong understanding and knowledge of our ECA clients and their families.   In his role as Team Leader, Nilesh assists with the coordination of staff and families.
